Cheers to Bethesda for releasing so many cool phone apps alongside Fallout 4! I really like his trend and hope other devs take note. (that doesnt mean I want emoticons for every franchise)

Also note that the review here saying this is sketchy and that they get all your message history is a moron who doesnt understand his phone.
